中文摘要: 实时准确测量燃煤锅炉飞灰含碳量,及时调整运行方式,这对燃煤电厂节能、降耗有重大意义。目前,国内外普遍采用微波法对飞灰含碳量在线测量,但微波与飞灰中不同晶相结构的碳及其它微量元素的作用机理还未进行深入研究。本项目基于申请人实验发现的微波衰减与飞灰含碳量之间存在正比、反比和波动三种趋势,飞灰残碳的微波吸收特性与其微观结构相关,进一步提出了研究飞灰残碳的晶相结构参数及微量元素对微波吸收的机理。本研究将模拟煤粉在锅炉中实际的燃烧气氛,探索不同煤质经过不同的燃烧条件未燃尽碳的晶相结构,获得微波衰减、飞灰含碳量及碳的晶相结构参数之间的定量关系,同时探索飞灰中的微量元素对微波衰减的影响。

英文摘要: The unburned carbon content of fly ash in a coal-fired boiler is a very important parameter to optimize the combustion process. It exerts a direct effect on the efficiency of the boiler. Most power plants apply the microwave technique to measure the unburned carbon content in fly ash, but the mechanism of carbon crystallite structure and trace element in the fly ash on microwave attenuation has not been stuied ever before. The proposer found there are three types relationships between the unbured carbon content in fly ash and the microwave power attenuation. The microwave attenuation is related with the microstructure of unburned carbon,so we want to further study the mechanism of carbon crystallite structure and trace element in the fly ash on microwave attenuation.The reaserch will simulate the actual stution of coal combustion in boiler, study the crystallite structure of the carbon after treatment at different condition. The quantify relationship between unburned carbon content in fly ash ,crystallite structue parameters and microwave attenuation will be found. The effect trace element in fly ash on microwave attenuation will also be stuied.
