中文摘要: Co基催化剂FT反应作为经典的工业催化反应,存在转化率低,气态产物选择性高等问题。本项目拟以负载的Co基FT反应催化剂为对象,研究金属Co在fcc(面心立方)和hcp(密堆积六方)两种晶相以及Co2C之间的转化时FT催化性能的改变,在原有的活性炭、二氧化硅或氧化铝载体催化剂基础上,实现提高CO转化率,降低甲烷选择性,提高长链烷烃和高碳醇选择性的目标。本研究将根据催化剂的评价结果,借助包括原位-XRD,原位-红外,原位-吸附,TPR-MS,HRTEM等多种表征方法,对催化剂晶相的变化和催化剂性能进行关联,并在DFT(密度泛函理论)计算的指导下,综合的对催化剂进行改性优化。并进一步研究CO,H2在金属表面的吸附解离性能,并与不同晶相Co的电子性质和结构特征进行关联。通过对该项目的研究,找出一种高活性、高稳定性、低副产物的Co基FT催化剂,并得到这种性能改进在理论上的依据。

英文摘要: Supported Co based catalyst, which is used in classic FTS (Fischer-Tropsch synthesis), has the disadvantage of low activity and high selectivity of light hydrocarbon. In this project, Co based catalyst is focused on and the two types of crystalline phase of fcc (face-centered cubic) and hcp (hexahedron closely packed) will be studied to improve the FTS activity, lower the selectivity of light hydrocarbon and increase the selectivity of heavy paraffin on AC (active carbon), SiO2 or Al2O3 supported catalyst. The transformation mechanism between fcc-Co and hcp-Co will be studied through HRTEM and in situ-XRD, and the properties of CO absorbed on Co and Co2C will be obtained through the chemical and physical absorption, TPR and in situ-FTIR methods. The results in this project will provide the theoretical foundation for Co based catalyst to achieve higher activity, durability and selectivity.
