中文摘要: 硫酸盐还原、自养反硝化、硝化一体化(SANI)创新工艺为污水处理行业污泥减量提供了解决之道。为了进一步提高SANI工艺效能,本项目拟对SANI中的自养反硝化菌进行颗粒化培养,并开展自养反硝化菌颗粒污泥形成和稳定机理研究及颗粒化过程动力学模型研究。本项目通过批量实验、分子生物学分析等手段研究颗粒化过程关键影响因子及最优控制条件,探明污泥颗粒结构、物化特性及微生物种群特征;通过微电极原位测定,分析基质在颗粒内的迁移、转化和降解规律及其与功能菌群的分布、竞争之间的关系;深入探讨自养反硝化菌颗粒污泥形成及稳定机理,并建立污泥颗粒化过程动力学模型,定量描述自养反硝化颗粒污泥形成与稳定过程,并验证模型有效性。通过以上研究,系统建立自养反硝化菌颗粒污泥最优化启动方案,为自养反硝化污泥颗粒化奠定理论与实验基础,为将来SANI技术的大规模应用提供理论与技术保障。

英文摘要: Sulfate reduction, Autotrophic denitrification and Nitrification Integrated (SANI) process is a novel technology for excess sludge reduction in wastewater treatment. In order to further improve the performance of the SANI process, in this project the granular sludge of autotrophic denitrifiers (AD) in the SANI process will be cultivated as well as the formation and stabilization mechanism and kinetic model of the AD sludge granulation will also be thoroughly and carefully studied. This study will conduct the batch tests and molecular microbial analysis to identify the key influence factors and the optimal controlling parameters during the AD sludge granulation as well as verify the composition, the physicochemical characteristics of sludge granule and the microbial population properties inside granular sludge; use the micro-electrode in-situ detection to analyze the substrate transportation, conversion and biodegradation inside sludge granule and the distribution and competition of functional microorganism groups; explore the formation and stabilization mechanism of the AD granular sludge, develop the kinetic model to quantificationally simulate the formation and stabilization process of AD granular sludge after the model verification.
