中文摘要: 利用微型动物捕食实现的污泥减量技术具有 “生态”的减量机理、较低的能耗,是极具发展潜力的污泥安全处理技术。本课题针围绕微型动物主导的污泥减量过程中碳氮基质的转化行为和调控策略开展研究,考察多来源污泥内在特性、外部环境条件和微型动物捕食进程对体系内碳氮基质输运、溶出、转化、降解等行为的作用机制;揭示微型动物对碳氮基质的利用效率和生理应答;提出污泥可溶性碳氮产物的原位矿化调控策略。.本研究填补了微型动物主导的污泥减量过程中关键基质转化定性定量研究方面的空白,创新地解析了碳氮转化行为与微型动物捕食过程的关联机理,构建了碳氮产物控制与污泥减量效能优化之间的有效联系,是微型动物主导的污泥减量技术的微观机理研究和宏观工艺完善的协同统一,本研究的开展对微型动物主导的污泥减量技术的推进意义重大。

英文摘要: Microfauna predation, an ecological friendly and energy saving option for sludge reduction, shows development potential in recent years. The goal of this project focuses on the transformations of carbon and nitrogen and the related control policies during the sludge reduction caused by microfauna predation. This objective will be accomplished by investigating the mechanisms of transportation, dissolution, transformation and degradation for carbon and nitrogen components under various sludge properties and varying environmental conditions during the predation on sludge, describing the uptake efficiency and the physiological response of the microfauna to the transformed products, and improving the process control for mineralizing the soluble products of carbon and nitrogen during sludge reduction. .This research will improve the understanding of mass transformation for the key substrate during the process of sludge reduction caused by microfauna, reveal the mechanism of carbon and nitrogen transformations association to the process of microfauna predation, and built an effective relation between the products of carbon and nitrogen and the process control for achieving optimal sludge reduction performance. These results will contribute to both the internal mechanism and the technology application, and thus may play an important role in the development of sludge reduction using microfauna.
