中文摘要: 为了实现单片集成高分辨、高灵敏度和低串扰的多通道折射率传感器,本项目提出线缺陷宽度渐变的光子晶体波导传感器理论和技术路线,具体包括:(1)利用光子晶体波导透射光谱上的多个高锐度布拉格衍射谷对DNA、蛋白质、抗原和抗体等生物样本折射率变化进行多通道检测,解决了多通道传感器中串扰大、制作工艺可重复性低、不能平面集成等问题;(2)在光子晶体波导中集成锥形波导,减少了光波在不同宽度线缺陷中传输的耦合损耗;(3)将光子晶体波导与无盖片微流槽集成,避免了盖片厚度对样本检测的影响。本申请具有较大的创新性,同时具有良好的前期工作,可以实现预期研究目标。

英文摘要: In order to obtain a nanoscale monolithic Multiplex Multiple Refractive Index Sensor(MMRIS) with a high resolution, good sensitivity and low crosstalk, in this project,we propose a MMRIS based on the chirped photonics crystal waveguide, including:(1) use multiplex Mini-stopbands(MSBs) of chirped photonics crystal to measure the biosamples such as protein,DNA, antigen,antibody etc. so that we can sort out the problems of cavity noise,crosstalk and inegration with other optical device in MMRIS;(2)introduce the taper waveguide into chirped photonic crystals to reduce the coupling loss of the light propagating along the different wide linedefect;(3)integrate the chirped photonics crystal with uncovered microfluidic channel to avoid the thickness effect of the cover so that we can increase the sensitivity,accuracy and repeatable usage of the sensor.This application has innovative and independent intellectual property rights. Furthermore, we have a good feasibility study on the project which can help us to achieve the expected goals.
