中文摘要: 针对成品油配送方案的快速生成难题,引入人工智能与知识工程理论及运筹学优化方法,以提高配送方案生成的实时性、科学性和智能性为目标,提出配送方案生成的情境建模方法,研究情境的表达模型、基于情境的知识表示方法及基于情境的计算机推理过程与建模方法,开发基于情境建模方法的成品油配送方案生成的辅助决策软件系统,并结合中石油天然气运输公司大连分公司的配送业务,开展应用研究。 本项研究为基于知识的系统求解复杂管理决策问题时的实时建模难题开展有益的探索,提出的成品油配送方案生成的情境建模方法有利于提高模型生成的自动化水平;对决策支持系统中基于情境的人机交互决策理论开展有益的探索性研究,将提高基于知识的建模系统的灵活性与适应性,有利于促进运筹学优化理论与人工智能、知识工程等学科的交叉与渗透。

英文摘要: Combining theories in Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering with optimization techniques in Operations Research, this research focuses on the modeling methods for generating the distribution plans of product oil based on context, which intends to generate distribution plans scientifically, intelligently and in real time. The main issues in the research include context models, context-based knowledge representation methods, and context-based reasoning processes and modeling methods. After solving these issues, a context-based decision support system for generating distribution plans will be developed, which will be applied to the business of the product oil distribution in Distribution Company of PetroChina in Dalian. This research is the exploration of Knowledge-based Systems achieving real-time modeling for complex decision problems in the field of management. The proposed context-based intelligent modeling methods for generating the distribution plans of product oil pave the way for computers constructing and solving models, and improve the level of automatic modeling. Furthermore, this modeling method is also the exploration of the context-based man-machine interaction in the field of Decision Support Systems, which would improve the applicability and adaptability of Knowledge-based Decision S
