中文摘要: 蔬菜网上直销和"农-宅"配送,开启了我国蔬果类生鲜商品B2C电子商务模式的新篇章。本项目针对蔬果商品网上直销的"农-宅"配送难题,以提高物流配送方案的科学性、有效性和及时性为目标,以在线实时地生成配送方案为突破口,融合运筹学与人工智能等学科理论, 重点研究"农-宅"配送车辆路径方案的在线智能生成方法,提出蔬菜订购与配送问题的知识表示方法和基于知识的信息处理流程,创建基于状态空间搜索理论的车辆路径方案生成方法,实现由"聚类配送区域- - 缩减解答空间- - 生成车辆路径方案集合- - 建立车辆路径方案的数学模型"这一基于知识的在线建模过程,开发相应的软件系统,并开展应用研究。 本项目为求解B2C物流配送难题创立由计算机在线生成车辆路径方案的新方法,提高建模的实时性、科学性和智能化水平,有利于实现人的智能与机器效能的有机结合,为化解车辆路径问题这一NP-hard问题提供新的思路。

英文摘要: The application of online direct sale of organic vegetables and the 'farm-to-door' delivery mode initiates the B2C E-commerce mode for fresh foods like fruits and vegetables in China. Focusing on the "farm-to-door" delivery problem of online direct sale of organic vegetables, in order to enhance its real-time, scientific and intelligent processing level, this project aims to present an online intelligent approach to vehicle routing scheme generation for 'farm-to-door' delivery by applying knowledge-based online modeling and integrating the theories of Operations Research and Artificial Intelligence. Firstly, the knowledge representation and knowledge-based information processing for vegetable ordering and delivering is built. Secondly, the method of state space-based search theory for vehicle routing scheme generation is put forwarded, which is beneficial to realizing the knowledge-based online modeling process of 'clustering delivery areas- - reducing solution spaces- - generating vehicle routing schemes- - constructing the mathematical model'. Finally, the corresponding solution system is developed and the application research is carries out.
