中文摘要: 根据现代物流配送中心在新技术条件下的新特点,提炼出一类新型物流作业调度问题,与已有配送中心物流作业调度问题相比,主要特征在于:货品出库具有随机性、分布特征与入库货位分配相关、拣货路径优化时考虑拣货点的选择、订单组批与拣货路径集成、订单组批时考虑工作量平衡约束等。研究问题包括:(1)考虑货品出库随机性的货位分配优化问题;(2)带有承载能力的堆垛机入库作业优化问题;(3)考虑订单组批的拣选作业路径优化问题;(4)带拣货点选择的拣货作业路径优化问题;(5)货位分配和拣货路径集成优化问题;(6)物流配送中心货品入库/出库作业优化系统开发及应用验证研究。在分析问题特征的基础上,创建数学模型,构造求解问题的快速有效算法。开发优化系统来测试和验证模型和算法。通过深入研究和实验,丰富和改进物流配送中心运作的决策优化理论并提供有效的决策方法,从而增强现代物流配送中心的运行效率,减少运行成本,提高管理理水平。

英文摘要: This project will identify and study a new type of operations scheduling problems in logistics distribution centers under the new technology environment. Compared with the existing scheduling problems, the new problems have the following main characteristics: Goods going out of the warehouse follow certain probability distribution, such distribution and the relations among the good affects space assignment to incoming goods, multiple storage positions can be considered for picking an item, order batching is integrated with picking path decision, workload balance needs to be considered in order batching. The study included the following scheduling problems: (1) Storage space assignment optimization problem considering randomness of goods going out of the warehouse; (2) Replenishment activity optimization problems with capacity constraints; (3) Picking route optimization problem with order batching; (4) Order picking path optimization problem with choice of picking position; (5) Integrated replenishment and picking path optimization problem; (6) Distribution center logistics operation optimization system development and applied research. Based on the characteristics, new mathematical models will be built for the above decision problems. Effective solution algorithms will be proposed. Optimization system will also be set up to verify and compare the solution algorithms and mathematical models. The research is expected to enrich the theory of distribution center decision making and provide effective decision methods which will help increasing operations efficiency, reducing operations cost and raising the management level of distribution centers.
