中文摘要: 订单的分拣及其物流配送工作是大型网上超市生存和发展的关键环节,如何在数十万种商品中将订单要求的商品高效、准确地分拣出来并快速配送至客户手中,是亟待解决的难题。本项目以提高大型网上超市订单成组分拣方法的科学性和车辆路径方案生成的实时性、有效性为目标,针对订单分组、分割、拣货、集货、包装及其物流配送这一成组流水作业,融合成组技术和JIT等管理技术以及运筹学和人工智能等理论方法,建立大型网上超市订单成组分拣的方法,创建以缩减解空间为核心的车辆路径方案的智能生成与求解方法,并开发相应的软件系统,开展应用研究。 本项目为大型网上超市订单成组分拣及其物流配送难题创建由计算机快速高效地生成订单分拣及车辆路径方案的新方法,有利于提高订单分拣与物流配送理论的科学性、实用性和普适性,研究成果具有较强的实践指导意义,有助于丰富和完善电子商务物流管理理论。

英文摘要: Order picking and distribution are two key jobs for the survival and development of online supermarkets. It is urgent to solve how to pick the ordered items from hundreds of thousands of goods with high efficiency and accuracy and deliver them to the customers promptly. The objective of the project is to enhance scientific processing level of group order picking and real-time and intelligent generation of delivery routes for online supermarkets. Focusing on the streamline processing of online supermarkets from order grouping, order splitting, item picking, item collecting, packing process, and package delivery, by integrating the managerial technologies of Group Technology and JIT, and methods of Operations Research and Artificial Intelligence, the project presents a new method of group order picking, constructs intelligent route generation and route solution procedure with a core of solution space reduction, and develops the corresponding solution system and carries out the application research. The project provides a new approach to fast and efficient computer-generated schemes of group order picking and package delivery of online supermarkets.
