中文摘要: 在城市物流管理中加入对碳排放的考量,本项目拟研究一类网络结构动态不确定和系统评价多维性的新型定位-路径决策问题。拟提出基于生命周期的碳足迹追溯与度量方法,在此基础上,将碳排放量作为一个新的维度增加到城市物流系统中不确定动态定位-路径决策中,从而分别建立考虑碳排放总量约束与碳排放交易的不确定动态定位-路径决策模型。新建立的模型将研究城市物流系统中成本、服务水平和碳排放之间的平衡。将动态决策模型分解为在一系列离散时间点的静态决策模型,并针对这些NP-hard求解的模型,提出灵活、高效的自适应禁忌搜索算法,再根据大规模的数值计算结果总结出一些有意义的管理启示。最后,还将进一步研究如何设计碳排放调控政策机制,以引导企业在注重其成本和服务水平的同时降低城市物流系统中的碳排放,并评估和论证碳排放调控政策的有效性和可行性。研究成果将完善和创新城市物流管理理论和技术,并为城市低碳物流实践提供理论指导。

英文摘要: By introducing the consideration of carbon emissions in city logistics management, this project studies a new type of location-routing problem characterized with dynamic uncertain network architecture and multi-dimensional system evaluation. A tracking and measurement method of carbon footprint based on the life cycle is proposed.Then, adding carbon emissions as a new dimension to the uncertain dynamic location-routing decisions in city logistics system, the uncertain dynamic location-routing models considering the constraints of total amount of carbon emissions and carbon trade are developed respectively.The new models will study the trade-off between cost,service level and carbon emissions. The dynamic decision-making model is decomposed into static decision-making model in a series of discrete time. To solve these NP-hard models, a flexible and efficient adaptive tabu search algorithm is proposed, and a few interesting managerial insights are summarized according to the large-scale numerical calculation results. Finally, we shall further study how to design the carbon emissions control policy mechanisms to guide enterprises to reduce total carbon emissions while focusing on their costs and service levels in city logistics system.
