中文摘要: 全数字高频主轴控制系统具有混杂系统的显著特征,依据连续系统理论建立的数学模型不能完整反映该系统的特性,并且当前采用的单目标优化方法难以满足高档数控机床对高频主轴控制系统的性能和可靠性要求,因此,本项目拟进行以下研究:采用层次模型建模方法,建立主轴控制系统的混杂动态数学模型,以完整反映高频主轴控制系统的连续和离散特性,并在此基础上开展稳定性分析和多状态耦合机制研究,以完善全数字矢量控制系统的设计理论和分析方法;明确不同工艺和多状态耦合下,主轴控制系统的偏好目标函数,提出基于膜计算的动态多目标协调优化算法,并利用优化问题的分解和组合,提高算法的收敛性和快速性,以实现对电流矢量分配、电流矢量给定和电流控制的优化设计,提升电流控制的精度、快速性和稳定性,以及输出转矩的最大化,保证主轴控制系统的高性能可靠运行,以满足高档数控机床的高速及超高速加工需求。

英文摘要: The full-digital spindle drive system has the distinctive character of a hybrid system. The mathematical model established according to the continual system theory is not able to fully reflect the character of this system. The requirement of performance and reliability for full-digital spindle drive system when it comes to the need of high-grade CNC machines is hard to meet with the single-objective optimization method now applied. Thus, the following research will be proposed: In order to completely reflect the continuous and discrete character of the spindle drive system, the modeling method of hierarchy model will be taken to establish the hybrid dynamic system mathematical model. Then based on this model, the stability analysis and the multi-state coupled mechanism will be studied to perfect the design theory and analysis method; The preference objective function of the spindle drive system under different technique and multiple-state coupling conditions should be explicit. And a dynamic multi-objection optimization algorithm based on the membrane computing will be proposed too. By the decomposition and combination of optimization problems, the rapidity and convergence performance of the algorithm will be improved.
