中文摘要: 由目标出射波面反演折射型成像光学自由曲面的逆向工程对于个性化角膜屈光手术有着重要意义,它将克服现有角膜切削算法无法支持术后人眼像差(或出射波面)准确控制的难题,为此,本研究首次引入眼内波面的概念,利用Fermat原理和Snell定律的双重约束条件,构建眼内波面与目标出射波面之间空间映射的理论分析模型,并建立相应的数值计算方法快速求解满足波面映射要求的最优化角膜自由曲面形态,本研究将有力拓展成像光学自由曲面的设计思路,为个性化屈光手术中的角膜精准设计开辟新的理论路径。

英文摘要: Refractive freeform surface design based on target output wavefront in imaging optics is of great importance for personalized corneal refractive surgery since the existing algorithms for corneal ablation calculation are unable to support accurate control of postoperative ocular aberration. So, in this proposal a concept of intraocular wavefront is introduced for the first time, and a theoretical model for ray mapping from intraocular wavefront to target output wavefront by following the requirements of Fermat principle and Snell’s law is proposed. Numerical solution to optimal freeform corneal surface that satisfies the ray mapping of wavefront will be discussed. This study will be benefit for freeform design in imaging optics, find a new theoretical path to precision treatment of refractive error and may lay the foundation for the next step in clinical trials.
