中文摘要: 有效满足用户情感需求是产品设计中的重要课题。造型特征是满足情感需求的主要载体,意象是情感的表征方式。情感的模糊性、情感与造型特征间的关联度是开展满足用户情感需求的造型设计的主要难点。.在情感认知领域,研究可测的意象分层模型和合理的造型特征分类方式,建立造型特征与用户意象层次间的映射机制,能帮助设计师有效理解用户意象需求层次与造型特征间的匹配关系,使其运用造型手段针对性满足用户特定的情感需求。.本项目基于情感认知模型研究产品造型特征分类方法;结合需求层次模型探索用户意象需求分层模型;研究造型特征与用户意象层次间的关联特性,构建产品造型特征与用户意象需求层次映射机制;综合运用生理和心理测量手段,开展产品造型特征与用户意象需求层次映射实验,依据实验成果开展设计实践对映射机制检验与修正。.项目研究成果将成为用户情感需求细分的重要理论依据,能为开展满足用户情感需求的造型设计实践提供有效的方法指导。

英文摘要: It is an important issue to meet the user’s emotional needs effectively in product design. Modeling features is the major carriers to meet the user’s emotional needs, and image is the representation of emotion. The ambiguity of emotion and the relevancy degree between emotion and modeling features are the main difficulties in modeling design to meet the user’s emotional needs. .In the field of emotional cognition, classification research on measurable image hierarchical model and reasonable modeling features and establishing the mapping mechanism of modeling features and user’s image levels can help designers effectively comprehend the matching relation between user’s image hierarchies of needs and styling features. Designers can use the means of modeling to satisfy user’s specific emotional needs..Based on the emotional cognition model, this project is on researching the classification method of products’ modeling features. It combines with the hierarchical model of requirement to explore the user’s hierarchical model of image needs and builds the mapping mechanism of product modeling features and user’s image demand level. The project is the comprehensive use of physiological and psychological measurement means, carrying out the mapping experiments of product modeling features and user’s image demand level. According to the design practice of experimental results, the mapping mechanism is examined and corrected. .The research results of this project will become the important theoretical basis of subdivision to meet user’s needs. It can provide effective guidance for the implementation of the method of modeling design practice to meet user's emotional needs.
