中文摘要: 个性化冠状动脉血管几何模型的重建与再塑,是自动化冠脉疾病诊断、虚拟血管手术仿真与优化、个性化冠脉血流动力学分析及计算机引导血管手术等现代高精度医学科技领域中要解决的关键技术之一。然而,由于冠脉系统的复杂性,从冠脉CTA影像精确地重建出冠脉血管的几何模型,是一项极具挑战性的任务。本项目针对冠脉血管壁较难分割、冠脉血管结构模型较为复杂等特点,将采用新颖的隐式建模技术,并结合医学数据与血管形状特征等相关先验知识,研究开发更有效的血管模型重建方法,以实现冠脉管腔与血管壁结构的准确提取、冠脉几何模型的精确重建与编辑再塑。一方面为医生提供高质量的冠脉几何模型与可视化效果图;另一方面为实现自动化冠脉狭窄诊断、个性化冠脉血流动力学分析、个性化冠脉血管手术规划与模拟以及术后效果预估等方面的应用提供必要的算法研究基础。

英文摘要: Patient-specific coronary artery geometry reconstruction and modification plays an important role in modern high precision medical technologies, such as automatic coronary artery disease diagnosis, virtual vascular surgery simulation, coronary artery blood simulation of computational fluid dynamics, and computer guided vascular surgery. However, due to the complexity of coronary artery system, the segmentation of vessel wall and the reconstruction of vascular structures from coronary artery CTA data is an extremely challenging task. Aimed at the accurate reconstruction and modification of coronary artery vascular system, this project will focus on the development of more efficient and effective techniques for the accurate extraction, modeling and modification of coronary artery structures, by taking the advantages of recently developed implicit modeling methods. The research outcomes of this project will not only offer the doctor a high quality visualization of a highly delicate vascular structure, but also provide the essential techniques for the development of computer aided coronary artery surgery system.
