中文摘要: 大豆是人类食用油和植物蛋白的主要来源,然而土壤缺磷是当前限制大豆生产的一个主要因素。发掘利用耐低磷优异基因资源,选育大豆磷高效品种,提高大豆自身应对低磷胁迫的能力,是解决此问题的有效途径。本研究在大豆耐低磷QTL连锁分析的基础上,拟利用300份不同磷效率大豆种质组成的自然群体为材料,应用全基因组关联分析对连锁分析的结果进行验证,在验证后的主效QTL区间内,开发SNP等高密度的分子标记进行关联分析局部扫描,实现目标QTL的精细定位,结合大豆基因组信息及低磷胁迫诱导表达分析,筛选并克隆耐低磷胁迫响应基因;应用转基因技术评价目标基因在大豆耐低磷中的作用,进一步通过候选基因关联分析发掘与大豆耐低磷相关的优良等位基因,开发相应的功能标记,为大豆磷高效基因型种质鉴定和大豆磷高效分子育种提供材料和技术支持。

英文摘要: Soybeans are the main source of of the human edible oil and vegetable protein, but now phosphorus (P) deficiency in soil is one of the main factors that limit soybean production. Excavation of genes related with tolerance low P, breeding soybean P efficient varieties and improve soybean own ability to respond to low P stress, is an effective way to resolve this problem. Based on the preliminary QTL mapping of tolerance to low P, association mapping among 300 accessions of soybean landraces will be used to reverify and fine map the previous QTL, furthermore,combined with soybean genome information,gene expression analysis, screening and clone of candidate genes underlying soybean P efficiency will be conducted in present project. The role of candidate genes in soybean low P tolerance will be evaluated though transgenic plant with target genes.We will further analyze the relationship between P efficiency and candidate gene polymorphisms by candidate-gene association analysis, identify favorable allelic variation, and development functional molecular markers. These results will provide materials and technology for soybean breeding with high P efficiency and facilitate soybean marker-assisted selection.
