中文摘要: 白藜芦醇(Res)是葡萄中重要的功能性成分,在食用品质欠佳的野生种中含量较高。为了研究不同种质间调控Res含量的关键酶白藜芦醇合酶(RS)的序列差异,发掘优异等位基因。本项目拟利用Res含量具丰富变异的葡萄自然群体,首先通过全基因组关联分析,定位高RES含量的主效QTLs;进而在主效QTLs区段内筛选目的RS基因,通过基于候选基因的关联分析方法,揭示RS等位基因的序列差异与其Res合成能力的关系。项目的进行有助于发掘、保护我国野生葡萄的优异基因源,奠定葡萄Res生物合成的理论基础,以及促进功能性葡萄产业稳定、持续发展。

英文摘要: Resveratrol (Res), an interesting plant functional compound, is found in wild grape but is not widely distributed in other common fruit sources. Res is synthesized by a one-step reaction of resveratrol synthase (RS). In order to understand the sequence difference of RS among different varieties, we investigated resveratrol content using a natural population, firstly, genome-wide simple sequence repeat markers were used to locate the major QTLs which controlled resveratrol content in grape. Secondly, the candidate gene association mapping was conducted to disclose the relationship between RS sequence around the major QTLs and its Res synthesis capacity. The project will explore the excellent gene in wild grape of our country and protect it. The work will establish a foundation for Res biosynthesis and improve the development of functional grape industry.
