中文摘要: 随着稻油轮作区农业生产的技术水平和机械化水平的逐步提高,新型农业经营主体对农业机械化科学管理和决策的需求也越来越强烈,进行稻油轮作系统农业机械化生产工程模式和管理决策方法研究具有重要的理论意义和应用前景。. 本项目从技术、经济的综合视角,将硬件研究和软科学研究方法、工程技术研究方法和现代管理研究方法融合,采用系统工程分析、计量分析、运筹学分析、案例分析等方法开展研究,主要研究内容包括稻油轮作系统农业机械化生产工程模式构建、农业机械化管理决策特征和基础参数研究、管理决策方法和模型构建等几个部分。研究目标为形成一套工程模式和管理决策理论、构建一套管理决策方法模型、开发一套决策支持系统,有效提高稻油轮作系统农业机械化管理决策的效率和质量,最终能够提高劳动生产率、土地产出率和资源利用率,实现农业机械化生产的工程价值。

英文摘要: With the gradual improvement of technology and mechanization level of agricultural production in rice - rape rotation areas, farmer’ s demand for agricultural mechanization scientific management and decision-making have become stronger, study on agricultural mechanized production engineering mode and management decision method in rice - rape rotation areas has important theoretical significance and application prospects..With the comprehensive perspective of technology and economy, integrating hardware and soft science research methods as well as engineering and technology research methods and modern management methods, this research project adopted the methods of system engineering analysis, econometric analysis, operations research and case analysis. The main contents included agricultural mechanization engineering mode construction, agricultural mechanization management decision features and basic parameters, management decision-making methods and model building. The research aimed at forming a theory of engineering mode and management decision, building a series of management decision-making methods and modes and developing a decision support system. All of these could improve the efficiency and quality of management decision, and ultimately improve labor productivity, land productivity and resource utilization. The engineering value of agricultural mechanization will eventually be realized.
