中文摘要: 如何对有限的医疗资源进行合理有效的配置是当今世界各个国家面临的难题,也是当前运筹学研究的前沿领域。本项目充分结合医疗运作管理中资源配置的特征,提出一系列新的混合流水作业排序问题,分析它们的性质,设计合理、有效且具有可操作性的算法,对这些算法进行灵敏度分析。对这些问题的研究开拓了排序问题新的领域,体现了排序理论新的发展趋势。本项目设计的算法可以直接应用于医疗机构管理者的决策中,也可以与已有的决策结合起来使用,从而提高医疗资源的使用效率和患者的满意度。本项目是一项综合管理科学与运筹学的交叉项目,在研究过程中,除了运用已经被广泛应用的经典算法,还将运用和发展近年来出现的新技术和新方法,其中包括数学规划方法和智能算法。这些新技术与新方法的运用和发展不仅对排序理论的研究有积极的影响,而且对推动组合最优化乃至运筹学在管理科学中的应用有重要的意义。

英文摘要: Optimal use of scare and expensive resources in healthcare systems is an enormous challenge faced by almost every country around the world. Meanwhile this area is one of the frontier fields in operations research. In this research project, we aim to study some new hybrid flow shop scheduling problems with extensive applications, based on detailed discussion on the feature of the healthcare systems. Reasonable, effective and operable algorithms will be proposed, as well as sensitivity analysis. This project opens up a new area for scheduling problems and reflects the latest development of scheduling theory. The developed algorithms can be utilized as policy decisions directly and combined with already existing decisions, which will improve the efficient use of resources in healthcare systems and the satisfaction of patients. This project is a cross-disciplinary research which combines management science and operations research. In addition to widely used classical algorithms, we will apply novel technologies and methods emerging in recent years, including mathematical programming method and intelligent alorithms.
