中文摘要: 钢铁企业生产混合流程调度是一类复杂的生产计划与调度问题,直接影响钢铁企业的动态、及时、有序和一体化的生产管理水平。现有的针对生产的人工调度及自动控制调度系统不能满足钢铁企业的连续化生产及对设备、资源的合理利用,严重制约了生产流程的生产效率。本项目以钢铁企业混合生产流程的调度为研究对象,建立钢铁生产混合流程的计划调度模型以及具有不同反馈模式的动态计划调度模型,构架了一种面向钢铁生产流程的知识网系统,并开发出其系统原型,实现智能调度。通过现场数据的采集,验证该系统的有效性与可靠性,并提出优化与改进措施,进一步完善系统。本项目采取理论分析、数值模拟、现场试验与工程设计相结合的研究方法和手段,研究成果集生产计划、调度和控制于一体,有望在理论上为钢铁企业复杂的混合流程生产计划与调度提供一个可借鉴的方法,并对钢铁企业生产计划与调度具有重要指导意义。

英文摘要: Iron and steel enterprises need urgently the dynamic, timely, ordered and integrated production strategy of hybrid production planning and scheduling. The current artificial and automatic scheduling system doesn't meet the demands of continuous production and high utilization ratio of production equipments and resources, which restricts much the production efficiency of the complex iron and steel hybrid production. This present study deals with the intelligent scheduling of the hybrid production process in iron and steel production. After exploring the production planning and the scheduling model parameters, the dynamic scheduling model with different feedback systems for the iron and steel production is constructed. To realize intelligent scheduling, an iron and steel production oriented knowledge network is built, followed by the software developments for production and scheduling. The validity and reliability of this system is assessed and verified by the actual production data analysis. The results give a promising and feasible method for the complex production planning and scheduling of the iron and steel hybrid production process.
