中文摘要: 众多盾构隧道工程实践表明,盾构姿态控制不良导致的千斤顶偏心推力、盾尾挤压管片的作用力等施工荷载是引起管片衬砌结构破损的主要原因,有必要对其影响展开定量的研究。然而,施工荷载是动态变化的,现有的研究假定荷载固定不变的做法不能全面反映其对管片结构受力特性的影响。为此,本项目基于盾构姿态动力学模型及有限元法,建立盾构-管片环相互作用模型,将无法直接量测的盾尾作用力通过盾构姿态动态模拟得到,和千斤顶推力一起作为已知荷载施加到管片衬砌结构模型上,动态计算管片衬砌结构的应力及变形特性。进一步地,考虑纠偏等非常态工况,在盾构-管片环相互作用模型中引入扩展有限元理论,研究千斤顶大偏心推进等情况下管片结构裂缝开展的机理。此外,针对实际的盾构施工现场,进行盾构施工参数、姿态参数和衬砌结构变形的现场监测,为模型验证和计算结果的可靠性提供依据。最后,提出考虑施工荷载影响的管片结构实用化计算模型。

英文摘要: During shield tunneling, jack thrust force, shield contact force, et al. acting on segment are named as construction loads usually. Many shield tunnel sites showed that construction loads influence the tunnel segment linings greatly. When shield driving especially under deflection of shield attitude, too large construction loads may damage the erected segment linings. Therefore, it is important for the design of segment to investigate the influence due to construction loads in detail. Present researches usually focused on the influence of fixed construction loads to segment lining. However, shield driving is a dynamical process influenced by shield attitude. Shield construction loads also change shield driving. To clear the influence of the changing construction loads, the shield-segment interaction model is proposed. This model is composed of two parts. The first part is used to simulate the shield attitude under shield operation. When the shield attitude is solved, the shield contact force can be estimated. To combine with jack thrust force, shield construction loads are input to the segment model in FEM. Then the mechanical characteristics of segment lining can be calculated.
