中文摘要: 番石榴实蝇是近 20 年来侵入我国的危害最严重的检疫害虫,该虫害目前呈严峻的扩散蔓延态势,对我国热带亚热带瓜果生产构成了严重威胁。本项目以野外自然种群系统监测为基础,结合室内实验种群研究,采用分子生物学、地理信息系统等研究技术和分析手段,首次对我国番石榴实蝇的发生、分布和迁移规律开展了系统研究。掌握了番石榴实蝇地理分布、番石榴实蝇种群数量变动规律及其主要生态因素的作用、番石榴实蝇的飞行能力、番石榴实蝇在云南的群体遗传特征、定殖历史以及扩散路径、番石榴实蝇的适生条件及在我国大陆地区的适生区分布特点,为最终制定番石榴实蝇控制策略,防止其大范围成灾提供了理论依据。

英文摘要: The guava fruit fly (Bactrocera correcta) is a very serious pest of quarantine significance that has been invading China during the past 20 years. Currently, B. correcta is demonstrating the ability for rapid dispersal and therefore it poses a grave threat to tropical and subtropical fruit production in China. This research program involved the first studies on the occurrence, distribution and migration of B.correcta in China, using systematic field surveys, laboratory population studies, molecular biology, and geographical information system (GIS) technology. Through the implementation of the project, we have mastered the B. correcta geographical distribution in China, colonization history, the diffusion process, ecological factors influencing population dynamics, suitable habitat conditions for establishment, population genetic characteristics, and formulation of control methods. The study results will provide basic data and the scientific foundation for managing B. correcta in China so that widespread damage can be avoided.
