中文摘要: 高原鼢鼠是青藏高原特有地下栖息鼠种,在草地生态系统中有着重要的生态位置和功能。高原鼢鼠危害也是导致高寒草地退化的主要原因之一。目前高原鼢鼠在高寒草地的危害区域呈扩大和蔓延趋势,这与高原鼢鼠扩散行为有着密切关系。本研究结合分子生物学方法和动物无线电追踪技术,对高原鼢鼠的扩散机理展开如下深入细致的研究:(1)高原鼢鼠扩散与种群密度之间的关系,以及扩散鼠种的年龄结构和性别组成;(2)高原鼢鼠扩散行为和扩散距离;(3)高原鼢鼠扩散鼠过程的栖息地选择。研究结果对揭示高原鼢鼠种群数量的波动、迁移以及草地危害有着重要意义,为青藏高原生物多样性保护和合理控制草原鼠害提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Plateau zokor is a subterranean rodent endemic to Tibetan plateau and it plays an important role in the ecosystem function in the alpine rangeland. Plateau zokor damage rangeland when their density is high and they are regarded as pests aggrevating the degradation of rangeland.At present,the area of the apline rangeland damaged by the zokor is extending and spreading, which is related to the zokor dispersal.This study will use a combination of molecular method and radio telemetry technique to investigate the dispersal of zokors, involving (1) the relationship berween dispersal and population density, as well as age structure and sex composition of dispersing zokor; (2) the dispersal distance and dispersal mode; and (3) the habitat selection of dispersing zokors The result obtained from this study will be important for understanding the mechnism of the dispersal in this species and will contribute towards management of the pest control and the endemic rodent conservation in the fragile alpine ecosystem in Tibetan Plateau.
