中文摘要: 本项目借助认知神经技术,以创造性认知加工的初级过程和次级过程为线索,采用新颖性判断、远距离联想、顿悟字谜任务等改进的实验范式,采用时空二维脑机制参数,测查创造力相关脑区激活的时间进程与空间模式,揭示情绪影响创造性的大脑动态加工过程。同时,采用动物行为观察和脑组织切片技术,模拟考察动物在创造性行为发生过程中的脑组织形态学变化,以期通过心理学和生理学两条研究路径,在行为—脑区—神经核团—神经元多个层级上揭示情绪影响创造性认知过程的时程效应及其神经机制。

英文摘要: This program systematically examines the cognitive process of creativity under the influence of emotion. The generating process of creativity includes primary process and secondary process, which is a clue to this research. Cognitive neuroscience technology and several improved experimental paradigms, such as novelty judgment task, remote association test and Chinese logogriph task, are employed to investigate the time course and spatial pattern of the active cerebral region of creativity. In addition, animal brain slicing technique is utilized to simulate the neural mechanism of human creative behaviors in different emotional states. We expect to determine the mechanism of creative cognitive process influenced by emotion on levels of brain, cerebral nuclei and neuron.
