中文摘要: 青藏高原是全球气候变化敏感地区之一,有气候变化的"效应器"之称。青海湖(海拔3260m)和纳木错湖(海拔4718m)是位于青藏高原不同海拔的内陆咸水湖。全球气候变化条件下,高海拔水生态系统中微生物多样性、蓝藻适应性及其生态学研究还是空白。本项研究拟以青藏高原不同海拔湖水作为研究对象,以湖水中微生物为研究材料,以低海拔典型咸水湖作为对照,采用分子生物学技术、微生物、生物化学技术和电子显微观察分析等方法,通过对比分析,研究青藏高原不同海拔湖水中微生物物种多样性及蓝藻适应性;揭示青藏高原不同海拔湖水微生物物种多样性特征、种质资源特征及蓝藻对高海拔环境因子变化的适应性特征;探讨在全球气候条件变化情况下,微生物多样性、蓝藻适应性特征与生态因子变化的关系;分析生态因子的变化对高海拔水域微生物物种多样性的可能影响及蓝藻的生物适应性机制;为青藏高原生物多样性保护提供科学依据,对青藏高原生态建设有重要意义。

英文摘要: Qinghai-Tibet plateau is the best sensitive region on the 个global climate change,which is named as "effector"of climate change.Qinhai lake(altitude 3260m) and Namucuo lake(altitude 4718m) are the inland saline lakes at the different altitudes located in Qinghai-Tibet plateau.It has ont been studied yet that the diversity of microbial species,the adaptability of blue-green algae and their ecological research in high altitude lake water under the condition of global climate change.This research want to use the lake water at different altitudes located in Qinghai-Tibet plateau as research object,the microbes in the lakes as research material,the saline lake at low altitude as contrast to study the diversity of microbial species and the adaptability of blue-green algae and their species character in the lakes at different altituds in Qinghai-Tibet by molecular, microbiological and biological chemistry techniques,by micro-observing and contrast methods,to probe into the relationship between the character of microbial diversity, the adaptability of blue-green algae and the changes of ecological factors under the condition of global climate change,to analyse the possible impact of the changes of ecological factors to the diversity of microbial species in high altitude water and the mechanism of biological adaptability
