中文摘要: 长白山地是我国较复杂的山地系统,地貌类型多样,且土壤动物分布会有显著的不同。本项目选取长白山地面积广阔并具代表性的玄武岩台地、花岗岩低山和花岗岩丘陵为研究样地。研究各地貌类型不同干扰程度下,原始针阔叶混交林、次生针阔叶混交林、次生落叶阔叶林、次生灌木林、采伐迹地、耕地的土壤动物区系组成、群落水平分布格局、垂直分布格局及随时间和空间的变化;土壤动物对气候、土壤、植被等环境因子的响应。采用土壤动物综合定位研究方法进行采集,国际通用的手捡法、Tullgren和Baermann法分离土壤动物。采用典范对应分析(CCA)等研究土壤动物与环境因素的关系。探讨不同地貌条件不同干扰程度下土壤动物的时空变化规律;影响长白山地土壤动物分布格局的主导因子及综合因子的作用。揭示长白山地土壤动物分布格局;土壤动物对环境变化的响应机制及土壤动物在森林系统中的地位和作用,为森林生态系统的恢复及保护提供土壤动物学论据。

英文摘要: Changbai mountains is a complex mountain system, which is complex geomorphological types and significant difference of the distribution of soil fauna. The aim of this study was to analyze the responses of the composition and spatio-temporal variation of soil fauna on environmental factors (climatic, soil and vegetation) in Basalt platform, granite low mountains and hills of the Changbai Mountains. The study was carried out in original needle broadleaf mixed forest, secondary needle broad-leaved mixed forest, secondary deciduous broad-leaved forest, secondary shrub, cutting stand and farmland in each geomorphological types. In our study, hand collection Tullgren and Baermann methods were used to collect soil fauna.Canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) was used to evaluate relationship between soil fauna and environmental factors. Based on the analysis, we want to find the dominant environmental factor drive distribution pattern of soil fauna and definite effects of comprehensive environmental factors to distribution pattern of soil fauna. The mechanism of responses of distribution pattern of soil fauna on environmental change, which is essential to restoration and protection forest ecosystem of Changbai Mountains.
