中文摘要: 城市扩张、工业发展和人口剧增导致城市周边土地生态系统承受着越来越大的风险。对大尺度复杂生态系统的风险进行识别、分析、评价和控制已引起了国内外研究者和管理者的广泛关注。然而如何辨识土地生态系统的多风险源和风险受体,如何综合多种风险因素进行有效的生态风险评价并用之于土地管理还没有成熟的理论和方法。本项目拟在研究土地生态风险理论的基础上,将土地生态风险分为质量风险、结构风险和承载力风险,选择能源重化工基地山西省太原市为研究区域,利用3S技术和支持向量机的机器学习方法,结合土壤综合分析,研究太原市土地生态风险的物理压力、化学压力、生物压力以及压力因子的时空变化特征,并基于机器学习方法和多维数组模型进行综合评价,旨在探讨大尺度多风险源的生态风险评价方法,同时对土地生态风险评价的理论和实践进行有益的探索,为土地生态风险评价的研究提供新的思路和可借鉴的经验。

英文摘要: Land ecosystem in the city surrounding areas has been threatened more and more by urban expansion, industrial development and population explosion. The identification, analysis, assessment and control of the risk of large-scale complex ecosystem have aroused wide concern of domestic and foreign researchers and managers. While there is still a lack of mature theories and methods on how to identify multi-risk sources and receptors of land ecosystem, how to undertake effectively an ecological risk assessment on considering a variety of risk factors, as long as to apply it to the land management. In this project, we divide land ecological risk into quality risk, structure risk and carrying capacity risk by studying land ecological risk methods. Taking Taiyuan city, Shanxi Province, an energy resources and heavy chemical industries base, as the study area, we intend to study the physical pressure, chemical pressure, biological pressure and the characteristics of pressure factors in space-time variation and distribution in Taiyuan city, as long as to undertake an overall evaluation on the basis of Machine Learning Approach and multi-variable array model, by using 3S technologies and Support Vector Machine approach as well as analyzing comprehensively the soil samples.
