中文摘要: 气象学界对京津冀、长江三角洲、珠江三角洲城市群气候效应进行了大量研究。近年来随着我国经济的发展,一些位于生态脆弱区的边远地区城市化发展对区域气候和环境带来的影响备受关注。云南滇中城市群地处云南高原,位于东亚季风气候区,近年来气象灾害频繁,是世界上生态脆弱区和气候脆弱区之一。该地区城市化发展对区域环境、大气环流、气温及降水的影响引起人们的广泛重视。本项目基于云南高原滇中区域城市群发展社会统计数据、城市化发展土地利用数据、气象水文数据和卫星遥感数据等,利用统计学方法、陆面模式、单层城市冠层模式和中尺度气象模式耦合等方法,系统研究云南高原滇中城市群发展对区域降水影响的时空分布特征及其影响机理。研究结果将对认识云南高原地区城市化发展的区域气候效应机理,及其区域气候模式参数化、城市防灾减灾和可持续发展具有重要的科学意义。

英文摘要: There are many studies of climate effect of urban agglomeration in Beijing-tianjin-hebei in meteorological academic circles , Yangtze River delta, and the Pearl River delta. With the development of our country's economy, urbanization in some remote and ecological fragile areas is developing rapidly. The influence of the development of urbanlization on regional climate and regional environment have received attention. Urban agglomeration in the central Yunnan is located in Yunnan plateau, and this area is in the east Asia monsoon climate zone. In recent years, this area of frequent meteorological disasters is one of the ecological fragile area and climate vulnerable area.The impacts of the area of regional urbanization development on the regional environmental, atmospheric circulation, temperature and precipitation have aroused people's concern.This project basing on the data of Social statistics, Urbanization land use, meteorological observation, satellite remote sensing and so on, and the methods of statistical, Land surface Model, Modified Single Layer Urban Canopy Model, Weather Research and Forecasting , This project Systematically study the effect of the development of urban agglomeration on the spatial and temporal distribution characteristic of Regional precipitation and studies the mechanism of the effect in the central Yunnan.The results of the research will have important scientific significance on the cognition of regional climate effect mechanism of urbanization development of urban agglomeration in Yunnan plateau , Regional climate model parameterization, Prevention and mitigation of urban disaster and urban sustainable development.
