中文摘要: 本项目针对激光陀螺服役过程中高反膜的损耗随使用时间增加而增加的问题,拟采用密度泛函理论和唯象模型相结合的方法,研究高反膜损耗增加的物理机制;根据理论分析指导,采用离子注入改性、荷电特性检测、应用验证等手段研究在高反膜中构筑导电通道抑制其损耗的方法。通过对非晶介质光学吸收与荷电特性、高反膜材料的离子改性处理等关键科学问题的研究,探究引起高反膜损耗增加的机制,掌握影响和控制高反膜损耗增加的关键因素,提高服役条件下陀螺仪的工作稳定性和可靠性,为解决长期困扰我国激光陀螺高稳定性应用不足的问题提供技术基础。

英文摘要: The project focused on the loss increasing issues of the highly reflective coating of laser gyros during service. We will study the mechanism of loss increasing of the highly reflective coatings by combination of density functional theory and phenomenological models. With the aid of theoretical analysis, we will study the suppression method of loss increasing in the highly reflective coatings by the intentional introduced conductive paths which involves ion implantation, charge detection, application test, etc. From the study of the key scientific questions, such as optical absorption and charging of amorphous dielectrics, ion implantation of highly reflective coatings, it is expected to understand the underlying mechanism of loss increasing of the highly reflective coating, and to be able to control the key factors of loss increasing process. In this way, we will be able to pave the way to the application of highly stable laser gyros.
