中文摘要: 采用种群统计学研究来分析时间尺度下的生态作用,剖析物种适应机制是当前极具潜力的研究领域。天山山脉是世界拟南芥分布中心之一,本项目在前期研究基础上,以天山山脉,以及与之相邻和相对的塔尔巴哈台山、阿尔泰山三个地理区域的9个种群为研究对象。1)连续4年对比研究种群间统计学特征变化,与有机、无机环境关系,采用系统比较方法,研究种群统计学特征变化特点。2)采用单核苷酸多态性(SNP)标记技术对天山北部9个拟南芥种群间和种群内的遗传变异进行分析,研究山系之间、种群之间谱系关系,以及与地理隔离、遗传漂变的关系。3)从连续世代的角度,研究个体表型变异对种群统计学特征的影响,分析年际间和生长季不同发育阶段自然选择特点,以及种群统计学特征变化与种群遗传变异的关系。本项目首次对全面天山北部拟南芥种群遗传变异、种群统计学进行系统研究,对剖析拟南芥种群间的变异机制具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Demography, a promising research field, is utilized to analyze the ecological roles in time scale and species adaptation mechanism. The project based on the previous researches targets at nine populations not only in the Tianshan Mountains, a distribution center of Arabidopsis thaliana in the world, but also in the adjacent Tarbagatay Mountains and Altai. 1) Successively comparative study for four years turned out that demographical feature changes among populations have relations to organic and inorganic environments, and then the demographical feature changes could be analyzed by phylogenetic comparative methods. 2) Employed by single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), the genetic variations among and within nine Arabidopsis thaliana populations in northern Tianshan could be analyzed to probe into the genetic variation relationships between mountains, populations, geographical isolations and genetic drifts. 3) From the point of view of continuous generations, demographical features among populations affected by phenotypic variation are reviewed to analyze the natural selection in developmental stages between years and growth seasons and to investigate thoroughly into the relationships between demographical feature changes and genetic variations.
