中文摘要: 本项目针对航空票务代理企业接送机场服务中缺乏企业间资源整合与协作,且难以适应动态因素变化的问题,从协同配送的角度出发,具体研究考虑动态路况的集中式接送服务模式下车辆路径与调度问题。结合面向接送机场服务的城市新型配送体系重点需求,以提升行业服务水平,降低运营成本,缓解城市交通压力为总体研究目标,聚焦于路网阻塞预测与实时动态优化,通过基于流体力学的阻塞预测建模方法和基于动态进化计算理论的寻优策略,重点解决考虑配送环境多样性和路况动态变化情形下的集中式车辆路径调度与优化问题。关键科学问题包括:路网阻塞程度的监测与预测;动态路况影响因素分析与定量化描述方法;针对配送对象(乘机顾客)的多元需求、不同的配送环境要求与路况特征的集中式动态车辆分配与调度策略等。这些科学问题的解决不仅在理论上丰富和发展了车辆路径与调度问题,具有重要的学术价值,同时在这些模型和方法的支持下,为城市的集中式接送机场服务运作管理模式提供理论、方法和技术支持。

英文摘要: The project focuses on the dynamic vehicle routing and scheduling problem in city airport pickup and delivery service in the centralized service mode. In order to solve challenges of enterprises who provide the shuttle service lack resources integration and cooperation, and hence having difficulties to adapt to dynamic factors, it puts forwards the point of the collaborative distribution. Combined with key demands of transport services provided by the city airport pickup and delivery which can be considered as a new city distribution system, in order to improve the service level, lower operating costs, and alleviate the urban traffic pressure, we focus on the network obstruction predict and real-time dynamic optimization. Based on fluid mechanics to establish the forecast model and based on dynamic evolutionary computation theory to design optimal strategies, we strive to solve vehicle routing scheduling and optimization problems considering the dynamic traffic conditions and multifarious distribution environments in the centralized service mode. Key scientific problems include: monitoring and forecast the network obstruction degree, analysis and quantitative description methods of dynamic traffic influence factors, centralized dynamic vehicle distribution and scheduling strategies according to multiple demands of (airline customers) distribution object, different distribution requirements and characteristics of the environment road, and so on. Solutions of these problems are not only enriches and develops the vehicle routing and scheduling problem in the theory due to the important academic value. And with the support of the model and method, it provides the theory, method and technical supports for the operation management in centralized airport city transport service.
