中文摘要: 随着城市人口增加以及经济的持续增长,快速增长的城市货运在增加交通拥堵、空气污染、环境噪声的同时增加了物流成本,因此提高了商品价格。本研究分析路网交通流拥堵演化的时空分布模式及特征,明确城市物流服务能力与交通承载能力之间的非线性关系,揭示城市物流服务能力的演化机理,建立城市物流服务接收方时间窗口偏好选择离散函数模型及承运方在交通禁限行规定下的行为偏好选择模型,建立城市物流服务能力的时空优化动态配置模型,设计不同情境下的城市物流服务能力的时空优化动态配置策略,提出物流服务能力瓶颈处动态调整方案,以对城市交通、生活、环境最小的外部性影响,提升城市物流服务能力。

英文摘要: With the increase of urban population as well as the continued growth of the urban economy, the rapid growth of urban freight movement contributes to traffic congestion, air pollution, environmental noise, while increased logistics costs, thus increasing commodity prices. This research analyzes the spatial and temporal distribution patterns and characteristics of the road network traffic congestion evolution, describes the non-linear relationship between urban logistic service capacity(ULSC) and traffic network capacity, and reveals the evolution mechanism of the former, then establishes discrete choice models for recipients based on time window preferences and for carriers' paths selection with constraints on traffic regulation policies, finally establishes the spatial and temporal dynamic optimized allocation model for ULSC and designs strategies in different contexts. We propose dynamic adjustment programs for bottlenecks to advance the ULSC with the minimal external impacts on traffic, living and environment.
