中文摘要: 深海环境下传感器压力平衡和压力探测是海洋监测、海洋工程中的通用基础技术和关键问题,针对深海环境下压力平衡方法的力学原理和力学行为的研究欠缺的现状,深海压力探测所面临的大测量范围与高灵敏度间的难题,本项目探索在深水大压力作用下应用弹性元件(膜片、软囊和波纹管)和活塞的压力平衡的力学特性,研究基于流体的可压缩性,随深度变化的海水压力导致的传感器内外压力差对传感器性能和测量精度的影响,总结深海大压力环境下传感器各种压力平衡方法的特点及压力平衡装置的设计原则,探索实现深海环境下高精度压力探测的方法,设计可靠、低成本的新型海洋压力传感器。以满足海洋监测、科学研究及深海资源的探查、开发、施工作业的需求。本项目的研究成果也可应用于改进深海环境下水下仪器设备的结构设计, 探索新的结构,具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: Pressure balance and pressure detection of sensor in deep ocean environment is the basic issue and key technologies in the area of ocean monitoring and ocean engineering.Currently the investigations on the principles of mechanics and mechanical behavior of the pressure balance methodology in deep ocean environment is insufficient, and the required wide range detection and high sensitivity for deep ocean pressure probing remain two big obstacles. Our project aims at exploring the mechanical properties of pressure balance by using the elastic components (diaphragm, soft bladder.capsule and bellows) and the piston in the deep ocean. Based on the compressibility of the liquid, the influence of the pressure difference inside and outside of the sensor on the sensor performance and measurement accuracy caused by variational water pressure with depth is investigated. The characteristics of various pressure balance methods under the big pressure of the deep ocean environment as well as the design principles of the pressure balance device are summarized. In order to meet the requirement of the ocean monitoring, scientific research and deep-sea resources exploration, the high-precision pressure detection approach is studied, and the design approach of reliable and low-cost new ocean pressure sensors is investigated.
