中文摘要: 认知雷达(cognitive radar)是近年来受到广泛关注的新概念雷达系统,通过对目标、环境的感知和认知自适应调整工作方式、资源分配和信号处理方式来提高雷达系统的整体性能。虽然其系统构架已经基本建立,但很多相关的基础理论问题仍亟待研究。与窄带雷达不同,宽带雷达发射信号对于目标回波有着重要的影响,通过波形优化可以明显改善系统的检测、跟踪和识别性能,对于提高系统性能有重要的意义。本项目从宽带认知雷达自身特点和目标特性出发,针对宽带认知雷达波形优化问题进行了重点研究,在以下几个方面取得较好的进展:深入分析了宽带雷达目标特性和目标特性估计技术,对宽带认知雷达目标感知波形优化问题进行了系统的分析,提出了针对目标特性感知的发射波形优化算法,为后续研究奠定了基础;由于目标感知是认知雷达智能化处理的基础,并非终极目标,因此,针对目标感知的波形优化问题并不能占用所有的发射资源,针对这个问题,项目组提出了以保证目标感知性能为前提的发射资源分配和发射波形设计联合优化算法;最后还提出了针对目标检测和识别的发射波形优化算法。

英文摘要: Since it can improve system peroformance via adaptive optimizing the working mode, resource allocation and signal processing schem builds on the knownledge of the target and surrounding environment, cognitive radar has received intensive attention as a promising sensor system. Although the basic framework of cognitive radar system has been constucted, there are still many related basic theoretical problems need to study urgently. Waveform design is an important contribution in the community of wideband cognitive radar technique; it plays a very important role in improving wideband cognitive radar's capability in target detection, tracking and recognition. The main progresses obtained by the supporting of this project including the following points: the physical mechanisms of range-spread target radar signature and the technique of target radar signature estimation is analyzed based on scattering center model, the conclusion is valuable for wideband cognitive radar waveform design; a new waveform design algorithm is proposed for target radar signature estimation; since the target estimation is the basis of the intelligent signal processing, we can not allocate all transmit resource for target estimation. Aiming at this problem, a algorithm is proposed for target estimation and resource allocation on the premise that the target estimation performance is insured. At last, a algorithm is proposed for target detection and recognition.
