中文摘要: 相比于传统雷达,认知雷达可以根据环境和目标特性信息自适应调整其工作模式、资源分配方案和发射波形,改变了传统雷达单向的信息处理方式,实现了从接收到发射的闭环,提高了雷达对环境的阅读能力和适应能力,有望从根本上提升雷达的性能。但是,作为一种全新的雷达设计思想,认知雷达系统的实现需要一个具有很高自由度和灵活度的体制作为支撑。考虑到宽带雷达具有时、频域的高自由度和较强的抗杂波、抗干扰能力,MIMO雷达具有空域的高自由度和灵活的工作方式,本项目拟以宽带MIMO雷达体制作为支撑对认知雷达进行研究。由于认知发射是认知雷达区别于传统雷达的本质特点,是提升雷达系统性能的关键,本项目将主要针对认知雷达的认知发射相关理论和方法进行研究,主要内容包括: 1、宽带认知MIMO雷达环境和目标特性感知方法; 2、宽带认知MIMO雷达自适应发射波形优化方法; 3、宽带认知MIMO雷达发射资源优化分配方法。

英文摘要: Cognitive radar has received more and more attention from academic and engineering areas for its intelligence based on learning the knowledge about target and surrounding environment. As a brand new idea in radar system design, the implement of cognitive radar needs to build on a flexible system with very high degree of freedom. Considering that wideband radar performs well in clutter and jamming suppresion and has high degree of freedom in time-frequency domain, colocated MIMO radar has high degree of freedom in spatial domain with flexible work mode, this project will focus on cognitive transmitting methods for wideband cognitive MIMO radar. The main work includes: 1) Surrounding environment and target radar signature perceiving method of wideband cognitive MIMO radar; 2) Adaptive transmission waveform design based on the prior knowledge of the surrounding environment and target; 3) Transmit resource allocation method of wideband cognitive MIMO radar.
