中文摘要: 认知雷达能够根据环境和目标知识自适应动态调整雷达收发系统,从根本上改变了传统雷达单向的信息处理方式,能够大幅提高雷达系统性能和环境适应能力,是未来雷达系统的重要发展方向之一。目前关于认知雷达理论与应用的研究主要单纯考虑提高雷达系统检测、跟踪或分类等单一雷达任务的性能,而没有兼顾对其他方面性能的影响,但实际上目标检测、跟踪与分类是相互联系、紧密耦合的。本项目基于有限集统计学理论将目标检测、跟踪和分类在一个统一的框架内进行一体化处理,开展知识辅助的目标联合检测、跟踪和分类技术及面向目标联合检测、跟踪和分类的发射波形与检测门限联合优化技术研究,最大限度地发挥雷达系统整体潜能,推动认知雷达技术的工程实用化步伐。

英文摘要: With the ability of adaptively tailoring receiver and transmitter according to the knowledge of environments and targets, cognitive radar alters the open loop information processing mode of traditional radar fundamentally. It has exhibited significant performance improvements and adaptability to changing environments, and become a vigorous development area of future radar systems. At present, researches on cognitive radar mostly consider only detection, tracking or classification performance for simplicity, whereas target detection, tracking and classification interact with each other closely. Aiming at fulfilling the true potential of the whole radar system and promoting the engineering application of cognitive radar, this project will integrate target detection, tracking and classification and investigate knowledge-aided joint target detection, tracking and classification and joint waveform and detection threshold optimization for joint target detection, tracking and classification technologies based on finite sets statistics.
