中文摘要: 高性能有源相控阵天线的高增益、低副瓣与高指向精度在很大程度上决定了雷达的远距离探测、目标分辨以及抗干扰与隐身等能力,而这些电性能对天线阵面热分布与结构精度非常敏感,它们之间耦合关系不明、影响机理不清,这成为制约高性能有源相控阵雷达研制的瓶颈之一。为此,研究阵面温度对T/R组件性能变化的影响,以及结构变形对天线口面幅相分布的影响,发现有源相控阵天线机电热多场耦合因素,解决无法确定机械结构精度与温度变化对电性能的定量影响机理问题,突破有源相控阵天线工作环境中电性能实时补偿难题,实现同时满足天线高电性能与结构轻量化的目标。通过本项目的深入研究,设计人员能够系统、定量地掌握阵面温度分布、结构变形与天线电性能之间的影响关系,在保证满足电性能指标的前提下,制定最佳的散热设计和结构设计方案,并对工作中的天线电性能进行实时高效补偿。这对有效增强雷达探测与隐身能力,减轻综合电子系统结构重量意义重大。

英文摘要: High performance active phased array antenna (APAA) with high gain, low sidelobe and high pointing accuracy determines the radar performances including long range detection, target resolution and anti-jamming and stealth ability to a great extent. And these properties are very sensitive to the antenna array temperature distribution and structural precision. The unknown coupling relationship and the unclear impact mechanism among three fields had restricted the development of high performance active phased array radars as one of the bottlenecks. Therefore, the effects of APAA array temperature on the performance of T/R module, and structural distortion on the amplitude and phase distribution of APAA aperture would be study. And the structural-electromagnetic-thermal coupling relation of APAA would be developed to determine the effect mechanism among the electromagnetic field, temperature field, and structural displacement field. Then, the breakthrough of real time compensation problem of the electrical performance could be made while APAA is working in the complex environment. Finally, the requirement of high electrical performance and lightweight structure of APAA would be satisfied. Based on this project, the antenna designers can thoroughly and quantificationally grasp the influence relationship among array temperature distribution, structural distortion and electrical performance, and with the prerequisite to meet the electrical performance, make the optimal thermal design and structural design scheme, and provide the real time efficient compensation for the electrical performance of operating antenna. It is an important role to enhance the radar target detecting and anti-interference ability effectively, and significantly reduce the structure weight of integrated electronic information system.
