中文摘要: 由于缺乏炭化层的本构方程和相应参数,目前涉及到炭化绝热材料的的烧蚀模型时,均采用经验公式来进行描述。本项目抓住炭化层孔隙结构演化这一体烧蚀的核心特点,通过测量和表征炭化层孔隙结构的参数和特征,开展热分解过程中绝热材料孔隙结构的演化规律研究,引入气相沉积和热化学共同主导作用对炭化层孔隙变化的影响,建立基于孔隙结构的炭化层力学计算模型,并通过实验获得相关参数,确定炭化层孔隙结构与其强度之间的关系,最终建立基于炭化层孔隙结构流固耦合的烧蚀模型并进行实验验证,揭示烧蚀过程中炭化层内孔隙结构是如何形成、演化以及破坏的本质问题。

英文摘要: The present ablation model of charring material were based on the empirical formulation because lack of constitutive equations and corresponding parameters. In this research, we focused on the evolution of porous structure of charring layer. By measuring the characteristic parameter of charring layer, the evolution rule of the porous structure in the decomposition process was revealed. Considering the influence of vapor deposition and thermalchemistry on the porosity transformation of charring layer, the mechanical model of the charring layer was put forward. The relationship between porous structure of charring layer and strength was determined through experiments. The fluid-structure interaction ablation model was set up based on the porous structure of charring layer, which revealed the mechanism of the ablation process.
