中文摘要: 在借鉴稀土元素独特的电子结构以及光、磁、射线屏蔽等特异性能基础上,利用稀土氧化物磁-声转变效应,结合高阻尼橡胶材料具有良好的吸声性能和振动衰减能力,制备一种新型低频吸声尤其次生波(<20Hz)吸收显著的复合材料。利用高分子乳胶粒模板技术,通过组装、吸附以及溶胶-凝胶法,制备结构可控的稀土氧化物纳米空心球。利用原位共聚方法,在稀土纳米空心球表面包覆聚合物链,得到聚合物-稀土氧化物纳米复合空心球,以促进纳米空心球在高分子基体中均匀分散和增加两相间界面作用。从声学结构出发,利用材料结构设计和界面效应,通过将纳米复合空心球与高阻尼橡胶共混复合,制备一低频吸声尤其次生波(<20Hz)吸收显著的复合材料。系统地研究低频吸声复合材料的阻尼特性、吸声性能以及吸声机理,初步探索该材料在低频吸声降噪以及次生波防护应用研究,本课题的意义不仅拓展了稀土元素的应用范围,而且为开发低频吸声材料提供新的思路和方法。

英文摘要: According to the unique electronic structure and optical, magnetic, ray shielding and other specific performances of rare earth elements, using magnetic-acoustic transition effects of rare earth oxide, a novel low frequency absorption especially secondary wave (<20Hz) absorption significant composite materials were prepared by the combination of the excellent sound absorbing performance and vibration attenuation ability of high damping rubber material. The structure controllable nano- rare earth oxide hollow spheres was prepared using polymer latex particle template technology, through the assembly, adsorption and sol-gel method. Polymer-rare earth oxide nano composite hollow spheres was prepared by coating with polymer chains on the rare earth nano hollow spheres in situ copolymerization method, in order to promote nano hollow spheres in the polymer matrix material uniformly dispersed and a two increase in interphase interface. From the acoustic structure, using the material structure design and interface effect, the nano composite hollow spheres was combined with high damping rubber composite to prepare a low frequency sound absorption especially secondary wave (<20Hz) absorption significant composite material.The damping characteristics, sound absorption and sound absorption mechanism of low frequency sound
