中文摘要: 冷滚打成形是一种无切削、高效率、高质量的等量制造方法,在航空航天、汽车等产业零件制造方面有广阔的应用前景。冷滚打成形是多因素耦合作用下的复杂成形,成形零件的表层性能及其与成形参数间的关系较为复杂,难以实现表面完整性控制。解决其科学实质,是提升冷滚打零件使用性能亟待解决的科学问题。本项目以复杂功能型面的冷滚打成形为研究对象,以实现冷滚打成形表面完整性控制为目标,以摩擦模拟试验、裂纹柔度法和X射线衍射测试为手段,系统研究冷滚打成形过程中热力耦合的滚滑摩擦热动力学行为、成形零件表面粗糙度、表层残余应力、加工硬化及微裂纹产生的机理,探索冷滚打成形件表层性能的形成机制,揭示滚打轮成形参数对成形表层性能的影响规律,提出冷滚打成形表层性能达到最优的参数匹配准则和参数控制方法,实现复杂功能型面冷滚打成形表面完整性的精确控制,完善冷滚打成形理论,为复杂功能型面冷滚打成形零件品质的提升提供理论支撑。

英文摘要: Cold roll-beating forming is a kind of manufacturing method which is no smear metal, high efficiency, high quality and green. This method has a wide application prospect in the manufacturing of complex functional surface parts which are used in aerospace, automotive and of high-tech industries. Cold roll-beating forming is a complex forming with multi-factor combined effects. The surface performance is the key factor to influence the surface integrity; it is a scientific problem of improving the quality of cold rolling parts. This project regards the study of complex functional surface in cold roll-beating forming as the research object, and the improvement of the surface integrity as the goal. Sliding friction thermodynamics behavior under the thermal coupling, surface roughness, surface residual stress, strain hardening and mechanism of micro cracks are studied systematically by the means of simulation experiment by rolling and sliding friction, crack compliance method, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and 3D roughness test. Theoretical supports of improving the quality of the complex functional surface in cold roll-beating forming parts can be provided by exploring the formation mechanism of cold rolling forming parts' surface performance, revealing the law that the rolling wheel forming parameters affect the performance of cold rolling forming surface performance, presenting the matching criterion and control method of cold rolling forming surface performance to achieve optimal parameters, realizing the accurate control complex functional surface of the cold rolling forming surface, perfecting the cold rolling forming theory.
