中文摘要: 既往研究已证实,枸杞黄酮类化合物对体内外多种肿瘤的生长具有显著的抑制作用,但其体内外抗肿瘤作用及作用机制尚待进一步研究。甲酰肽受体(FPR)介导人肿瘤细胞的生长和侵袭转移,参与裸鼠的致肿瘤性,可以作为抗肿瘤药物的分子靶点。本研究拟应用 MTT法、流式细胞术、免疫组化、光镜和透射电镜技术等观测宁夏枸杞黄酮类化合物对人恶性肿瘤细胞及其移植瘤组织中FPR表达的影响,同时检测宁夏枸杞黄酮类化合物对恶性肿瘤细胞及其移植瘤组织生长、侵袭转移的影响及其可能的作用机制,旨在为肿瘤的治疗以及宁夏枸杞黄酮类化合物的临床应用提供实验依据。

英文摘要: Many studies have showed that Wolfberry flavonoids could inhibite growth of a variety of cancer in vivo and in vitro, but its effect and mechanism on cancer is unknown. Formyl peptide receptor (FPR) mediated growth, metastasis and invasion of cancer cells, and involved tumorigenicity in nude mice. FPR can be used as a molecular target for anticancer drugs. In this study, MTT technique, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, light and electron microscopy were used to observe the effects of Ningxia Wolfberry flavonoids on the expression of FPR,and to detect the effects of Ningxia Wolfberry flavonoids on growth, invasion and metastasis in human cancer cells and its orthotopic transplantation tumors in nude mice and to explore the possible mechamism of Ningxia Wolfberry flavonoids anti-caner effect. The aim of the study was to provide experimental evidence for the possibility of clinical trails of Wolfberry flavonoids for cancer therapy.
