中文摘要: 针对我国陆上油气输送管线已进入老龄期,管线失效概率逐年上升、事故频发以及输送介质泄漏的特点,综合考虑管线承受载荷、力学性能、缺陷类型与扩展速率、管线损伤等随机特性,以降低管线失效风险、减少人员伤亡、财产损失为目的,研究陆上油气管线系统的失效模式、失效概率模型、失效评估模型、失效后果计算模型和管线维护的基本原理,风险评估的基础理论、评估技术、管线维护和管理科学技术,建立符合我国国情的陆上油气输送管线风险评估理论体系、技术体系和系统管理体系,为国家和地方经济建设与发展提供决策支持,促进国家能源的合理配置、可持续发展和西部大开发战略以及十二五规划的顺利实施。本项目系统研究陆上油气输送管线评估技术问题,建立基于可靠性的失效概率、失效后果评估模型,并开发相应的评估系统,对实现陆上油气管线失效评估由定性向定量评估转化和我国陆上管线可靠性评估技术的理论研究和应用进行深层次研究奠定基础

英文摘要: In the wake of the failure probability of the pipeline is increasing year by year, the accidents happen frequently, as well as the transmission medium leaks, our country' onshore oil & pipeline has entered the aging period. In view of the characteristics, and comprehensively considering the random characteristics of the sustainability of pipeline, mechanical properties, defect types, propagation rate, pipeline damage and so on, we make the research on the failure mode, the model of failure probability, failure assessment, failure consequence calculation, and the basic principle of pipeline maintenance for onshore oil & gas pipeline system, and also on the basic theory and techniques for the risk assessment, the pipeline maintenance and the management science and technology, in order to reduce the risk of pipeline failure, reduce casualties and property losses. And establish the theory system, technique system and system management of the risk assessment for the onshore oil & gas transmission pipeline which accord with national situations, for the purpose that which can provide decision support of the state and local economic construction and development, promote the smooth implementation of the rational collocation of the national energy, sustainable development, the strategy of the great development in the Wes
