中文摘要: 本项目针对电压暂降的基本问题进行研究。拟以电压暂降特征量、典型用电设备电压暂降敏感性、电压暂降评估指标与评估体系为研究对象。研究可表征电压暂降发生前、过渡过程、发生中以及发生后各阶段的波形特征的特征量,并结合实际进行暂降类型的统计与分析;进行电压暂降对设备影响敏感性机理分析,并采用暂降扰动发生装置产生实际的电压暂降扰动,对典型试品进行暂降敏感性实验研究,描述多种特征量下电压暂降对典型用电设备影响的特性;研究并提出适合我国实际情况的电压暂降指标,统筹考虑单个事件、单个节点与系统指标的关联性,建立电压暂降评估体系,给出具体的评估步骤和指标的计算方法。项目将在电压暂降若干基础问题上开展深入研究,以更确切认知电压暂降特性,为电压暂降的防范提供基础数据和依据,为相关部门制定或修定电压暂降方面的相关标准与规范提供科学依据,具有重要的理论和应用价值。

英文摘要: Fundamental problems of voltage sag which focus on the characteristics analysis, equipment sensitivity to voltage sag, voltage sag indices and assessment system will be researched in this project. More detailed description and analysis of different stage voltage waveform characteristics including the pre-sag, transition segments, during-event segments and post-sag voltage waveform will be studied, and meanwhile classification and analysis of different types of sags based on the practical sags will be carried out. The equipment sensitivity mechanism to voltage sag shall be analyzed, and experimental studies to typical sensitive equipments shall be carried out using practical sags generated by voltage disturbance generator and the analysis of influencing characteristics on typical sensitivity equipments will be given. The voltage sag indices which best fits the actual situation of our country will be proposed, voltage sag assessment system will be established with specific evaluation procedures and calculation of the indices taking into consideration the correlations of individual event, individual bus and the system indices.
