中文摘要: 大区电网互联和新能源并网发电规模的扩大,电网运行中的不确定性增强,电网安全实时监控与预警面临严峻挑战,而广域测量技术的成熟和智能电网的发展,为电网运行态势量化分析与自适应控制研究提供了新的契机。本项目以此为线索,结合非线性动力学和图论等理论,在实时运行环境下研究电网(静态、暂态)稳定统一的机理及关联纽带,以及相对应的电网运行态势量化评估理论及自适应控制算法。关键点:明确电网不同稳定问题间的实质作用因素和共同牵制关联纽带,建立统一的电网稳定评估思想,以避免电网监控中的稳定类型判别问题;借鉴非线性动力学和图论最新的理论成果,探索它们与电网运行特性的映射关系,进一步抽象并提出基于响应的电网运行态势量化评估指标、判据及直观稳定域;结合自适应控制原理及轨迹灵敏度方法,研究实时跟踪电网运行工况的自适应控制算法。本项目的开展满足电网在线监控要求,适应智能电网发展趋势,具有明显的紧迫性和理论技术储备意义。

英文摘要: The growing number of regional grid interconnections and renewable energy sources brings increasing uncertainties to power system operations and challenges the traditional realtime stability analysis applications. Meanwhile, the rapid development of wide-area measurement system (WAMS) and smart grid techniques produces new opportunities for power system on-line quantitative assessment and adaptive control.According to the above situation,this project,combing with the nonlinear dynamics and graph theories,will study (static and transient) stability uniform mechanism and associated link,as well as the corresponding operating condition quantitative assessment and adaptive control of power system in operations. The key points of this project lie in the following aspects:firstly, recognize the fundamental factors and critical relations among different power system stability problems, establish unified power system stability assessment thought, and avoid the stability type discriminant problem in power system real-time monitoring;secondly, referencing the latest achievements in nonlinear dynamics and graph theory,explore its relationship with the mapping of the power system operating characteristics,and further abstract and propose operating condition quantitative assessment index, criterion and stability domain f
