中文摘要: 开展典型用电负荷的电能质量发射水平及特性研究,实现高电能质量供电,是全面提高配电网可靠性的关键环节,是建设智能电网所必须攻克的技术难关。本课题围绕典型用电设备电能质量发射水平及叠加特性,深入研究四个方面的科学内容:1)典型用电设备电能质量发射特性研究;2)典型用电设备并联时谐波叠加特性研究;3)典型用电负荷的电能质量发射特性研究;4)电能质量标准限值适用性研究。期望揭示典型用电负荷的电能质量发射特性和公用电网电能质量水平,为确定电能质量指标限值提供依据,为典型电能质量扰动负荷的接入提供优化设计支撑,为电能质量治理标准及相关设备的合理、高效配置提供强有力理论支撑。本课题将推动电能质量基础理论研究的进步,取得的成果将直接为智能坚强电网的进一步发展和应用做出理论指导。

英文摘要: To research the power quality emission levels and characteristics of typical load and achieve high power quality of power supply, is not only a key link in the process of comprehensively improving the reliability of distribution network, but also the technical difficulties that must be overcome during the construction of smart power grid. The topic further studies four aspects of scientific content around power quality emission levels and superposition characteristics of typical electrical equipments: 1) The research on power quality emission characteristic of typical electrical equipments; 2) The research on harmonic superposition characteristics of typical electrical equipments in parallel; 3) The research on power quality emission characteristics of typical electricity load; 4) The research on power quality limit value of standard. The expectation is to reveal the power quality emission characteristics of typical electricity load and the power quality level of utility grid, provide the basis for determining the power quality index limit, furnish optimization design for the access to typical power quality disturbance load, and supply strong theoretical support for the power quality management standard and the reasonable and efficient configuration of related equipments. This topic will promote the study of basic theory on power quality, and the results will directly make theoretical guidance for the further development and application of the strong smart grid.
