中文摘要: 随着能源和环境的问题日益突出,开发低能耗、低排放的新型船舶成为当今船舶工业的首要任务。应用混合动力技术是解决船舶节能减排的有效途径,混合动力船舶电力推进系统应用了新能源技术,其关键核心和枢纽是能量管理策略。针对现有混合动力船舶能量管理策略匮乏,又迫切需要的现状,本课题以一类基于柴油发电机组、锂电池、光伏电池作为能源的混合动力船舶电力推进系统为对象,开展能量优化管理与控制策略研究:1)研究混合动力船舶经济性、排放性、续航能力和船舶电力系统稳定性之间互相耦合关系,建立以上述四个性能为评价指标的复合一体化目标函数;2)研究目标函数的影响因数及其相互关系,选取约束条件;3)开展面向能量管理的非线性优化问题与现有方法的近似转换研究;4)能量管理目标函数优化问题的迭代求解,并建立一套适用于混合动力船舶能量管理策略与控制策略。上述研究成果在实验室混合动力船舶试验平台上进行验证,并在实船上进行试验。

英文摘要: As the energy and environmental issues are getting increasingly prominent, developing green ship with high fuel economy and low gas emissions has become a chief task for present shipbuilding industry. The application of hybrid propulsion is an effective way for solution to ship energy conservation and emissions reduction. The marine hybrid electric propulsion system utilizes the new energy technologies, and its key core is energy management strategy. In view of the lack of energy management strategy for hybrid ship and the status of urgent need, this subject intends to find research methods applicable for optimal energy management and control strategy, with the study object of marine hybrid electric propulsion system, which is supplied by diesel generator set, lithium batteries and photovoltaic cells. 1) An integration composite objective function is to be established for the purpose of four evaluation indexes based on researching the coupling among fuel economy, gas emission, endurance and power system stability of ships. 2) Constraint condition of objective are to be selected based on researching the influence factors of the objective function and their relation. 3) A research will be developed on approximate transform nonlinear optimization problems for energy management into the standard problems of existing
