中文摘要: 本课题针对我国流程工业生产管理中生产与能源调度方案分开制定导致能耗大、成本高、资源利用率低的问题,提出并进行生产与能源调度的集成优化研究,探索生产过程中同时优化生产和能源指标的新型协调调度问题的建模、最优化与智能优化方法,并以高能耗的炼钢生产为背景进行应用研究。与传统的生产调度与能源调度分开研究不同,本项目通过从能源介质作为生产调度的约束、能源介质消耗和生产调度费用同时最小化两个不同的视角研究生产与能源的集成调度。研究内容包括:生产与单一介质、多介质能源的协调调度,考虑能源供应能力约束的生产调度,基于ADP的能源消耗参数辨识,带有需求时变特征的能源介质动态调度。对所提炼出的新型生产与能源集成调度进行研究,将丰富现有的生产调度理论与方法;生产与能源协调调度方法在以钢铁为代表的流程工业生产中进行应用研究,将有助于高能耗流程工业提高能源利用率,降低生产与能源成本,实现生产与能源系统的全局优化。

英文摘要: This project proposes the research of integrated optimization of production and energy scheduling to deal with the prolbems of high energy cost,low energy utilization rate caused by separate scheduling of production and energy implemented by production management department in process industry. The research explores efficient modelling and optimization & intelligence-based solving methods for the coordinated scheduling of production and energy, which aims at optimizing production and energy goals simultaneously. Also, the application research is carried out using the energy-intensive steelmaking production as the background. Compared with traditional method that production and energy schedules are completed separately,the integrated optimzation will carry out the research from the views of introducing energy supply capacity into production scheduling, and considering co-optimizaion of production cost and energy consumption. The research topic covers the coordinated scheduling of production with single and multiple types of energy resources,prouction scheduling with energy supply capacity constraints, ADP-based energy consumption parameters identification,dynamic energy allocation with time-varing demands.
