中文摘要: 针对连续脉冲TIG焊过程,提出了激光机器视觉检测熔池特征振荡频率并建立全熔透熔池体积-振荡行为的方法和装置,由于体积-振荡行为与熔透具有直接的物理对应关系,项目为解决全熔透控制难题提供了有价值的科学方法和技术实现途径。研究内容包括:(1)连续焊接条件下脉冲TIG熔池振荡特征频率激光机器视觉实时检测算法;(2)铝、钢、不锈钢等材料在连续TIG焊接条件下不同全熔透状态时的体积-振荡特征及物理振荡模型的实验与理论研究;(3)建立焊接全熔透实时控制系统,完成技术及装置原型。研究对深入研究熔池体积-振荡行为及建立与熔透之间的对应关系具有重要的学术价值。研究工作有望形成基于熔池体积-振荡模型的全熔透检测与控制的理论体系,同时发展出一种拥有自主知识产权的全熔透实时控制方法与装备,具有重要的学术价值和潜在的工程应用前景。

英文摘要: Observing the weld pool and measuring its oscillation frequency is a key to developing full penetration control system for continous pulsed TIG welding.In this proposal, a new observation and measuring system for detecting oscillation frequency is designed by using structured laser light.Because the oscillation frequency of weld pool has direct correlation with its penetration, this research makes full penetration control during TIG welding process become possible and previous research testified its feasibility. The future work focus on follow scientific problems:(1)The real time algorithm to measure oscillation frequency of welding pool for pulsed TIG welding.(2) The volume oscillating model to reflect the correlation between welding pool oscillation frequency and the degree of penetration with carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy and thermal physical process.(3) The full penetration control system for pulsed TIG welding and technical device and protype. The abvoe-mentioned research work will make great contribution to deeply understand the welding physics and relationship between penetration with oscillatiion behavior of welding pool and its volume.
