中文摘要: 车辆异构网络下的垂直切换判定是研究热点与难点,存在切换参数的自适应选择与更新、安全可靠的预测切换判决、协作垂直切换决策优化等关键问题需要突破,采用人工智能算法是一个很好的解决途径。本项目以人工智能算法为切入点和理论算法支持,并通过研究车辆无线网络环境的宽带化、协同化、异构化等特征,试图用高效的云智能控制和推理、智能优化算法和协作通信思想处理垂直切换判定问题,为此问题提供基础算法和方法。主要研究内容包括:垂直切换参数智能收集、分类和自适应选择与动态更新算法;基于云智能控制与推理,研究可信预测切换判决算法;采用智能优化算法和协作通信机制,研究垂直切换决策算法;项目成果可为揭示垂直切换判定过程的内在机理、建立高效可行的切换判定算法和方法。将人工智能算法应用到车辆异构网络的垂直切换判定过程,还是一个前沿的研究课题,具有极高的理论研究意义和应用参考价值。

英文摘要: Vertical handoff verdict is the research hotspot and difficulty in vehicle heterogeneous network. There are some Key problems need to break through, including adaptive selection and dynamic update for handoff parameters, sentence for safe and reliable predictions of the handoff and collaborative vertical handoff decision-making for optimal performance, and so on. It is a good solution to adopt artificial intelligent algorithm, artificial intelligent algorithm is a good solution. Based on it's theory and algorithms, and the broadband, collaborative, heterogeneous and other characteristics of vehicle wireless network environment, this project try to use efficient cloud intelligent control and reasoning, intelligent optimization algorithm and collaborative communication processing vertical handoff verdict problem, and so, providing basic algorithms and methods for this problem. The main research contents includes vertical handoff parameters intelligently collecting, classification and selection and dynamic adaptive update algorithm; based on cloud intelligently control and reasoning, research credible prediction handoff sentence algorithm; using intelligent optimization algorithms and collaborative communication mechanism, research the vertical handoff decision algorithm.
