中文摘要: 异构多接入网络融合是无线通信发展的趋势,无线资源联合优化分配是异构网络融合要研究的关键问题之一。本项目旨在探索异构网络融合场景下无线资源联合优化分配的基本方法及关键技术,拟建立不同无线资源的优化分配模型及相应的智能优化算法,构建联合无线资源优化的理论架构与技术体系。拟研究的具体内容及目标:以异构网络的联合无线资源为研究对象,构建矢量资源空间模型,分析广义矢量资源的空间特征,给出无线资源的特征描述及表达方法;设计异构网络融合场景下的基站联合选址多目标优化模型、联合式动态频谱分配多目标优化模型和联合会话接入控制多目标优化模型,并给出其相应的多目标优化智能算法。项目预期成果能有效推动异构网络联合资源优化技术的发展,对提高异构网络无线资源的整体利用率具有重要的理论及现实意义。项目研究成果将在中原经济区异构网络环境下进行验证及应用,以缓解中原经济区建设产生的大量无线业务需求与无线资源紧缺之间的矛盾。

英文摘要: Heterogeneous multi-access network fusion is the development trend of wireless communication. Radio resource joint optimization allocation is one of the key problems to be studied in heterogeneous network fusion. The project aims to explore the basic methods and the key technologies of radio resource optimization allocation in heterogeneous network fusion scenario, design optimal allocation models and the corresponding intelligent optimization algorithms for different radio resource , and establish the theory framework and technology system of joint radio resources optimization in heterogeneous network. The specific content and objectives of this project are as follows: The radio resources of the heterogeneous network will be regarded as research object, the vector space model of resources will be designed, the space characteristics of generalized resources vector will be analyzed, the unified characteristics description and express method of joint radio resources will be designed.
