中文摘要: 电磁轴承系统中的辅助轴承通常选用滚动轴承,但滚动轴承一般需要油润滑或脂润滑,存在污染,且耐冲击的能力不足。本项目针对此问题:1)提出了一种无油润滑的角接触陶瓷轴承方案,此轴承成对使用,内外圈滚道表面镀二硫化钼。这种轴承极限转速比同型号金属轴承高,并可同时承受径向和轴向载荷,适用一些不能有润滑油或润滑脂存在的特殊环境。2)设计辅助轴承径向和轴向弹性缓冲元件,分别放在辅助轴承的外圈与轴承座之间和辅助轴承的两端。本项目将围绕上述内容,重点研究这种辅助轴承结构承受转子跌落的能力。主要包括:建立转子跌落动力学、摩擦发热的理论分析方法;研究弹性缓冲元件的刚度与辅助轴承支承刚度的关系;设计辅助轴承实验台架,通过一系列不同尺寸辅助轴承的跌落实验研究,提出辅助轴承的设计准则与失效评价标准。本项目的开展,对电磁轴承在国家重大专项"高温气冷堆示范电站"中的应用具有重要意义,也将为电磁轴承理论的发展奠定重要基础。

英文摘要: The rolling bearing as the auxiliary bearing is often used in the system of active magnetic bearing (AMB). But the lubricant and grease are usually used in the rolling bearing. Contamination is exist, and it can't carry the impact and vibration. For this problem, some ideas are proposed in this project as following. 1) The angle contact ceramic bearing with no lubricant is proposed. A pair of angle contact bearing will be used. MoS2 is plated in the raceway surface of the inner ring and outer ring. The speed is higher than the same type metal bearing. The radial and axial load can be carried at the same time. The design of auxiliary bearing with no lubricant can be used in special environment.2) The radial and axial elasticity part of the auxiliary bearing will be designed.The radial elasticity part will be assembled between outer ring of the auxiliary bearing and bearing-seat, and the axial one will be assembled on the both sides of the auxiliary bearing. In this project, the auxiliary bearing will be studied to verify the ability of carrying the impact. The main content is as following: The theory of touching down dynamics and friction heat will be founded; The stiffness relationship between elasticity part and auxiliary bearing will be obtained.
